On March 24, the first vice chairman of the association, Kim Chang Keon, met with the Minister of Preschool Education Agrippina Shin. The meeting discussed the introduction of modern programs, advanced information and pedagogical technologies in the preschool education system, the Korean program free of charge for the Uzbek side and the sides signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The timing of the project and the preliminary launch of the mobile application in Uzbekistan is scheduled for September 1, 2020. For this, a TFT will be formed in the Ministry of Preschool Education, which will simultaneously continue development and localization through video conferencing with Korean developers. In addition, the Ministry of Preschool Education of Uzbekistan announced that it plans to teach Uzbek children traditional Korean dances and culture in order to widely inform Korea in Uzbekistan in his turn, Deputy Chairman Kim Chang Keon also announced his readiness to help in this and promised to provide Korean traditional Hanbok clothes for free of Ministry of Preschool Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
